Return Policy

Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priority. Due to the nature of our products (personal and hygienic use), our return policy is designed to ensure the safety and quality of every customer’s experience.

Return conditions:

• Only unopened products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for returns.

• Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return process:

1. Email us at info@delmaraura.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the sealed product.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

   • The product is defective.

   • An incorrect item was sent.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
